At Speaker Shield, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, options, and policies.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Custom orders may require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Options (U.S. Only)
We offer multiple shipping methods within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $300 USD.
Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping for Returns or Warranty Claims
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product for a warranty claim, regardless of claim approval.
- If your warranty claim is approved, Speaker Shield LLC will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you within the United States.
- We currently do not ship warranty replacements outside the U.S.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Speaker Shield LLC is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.
