Speaker Shield LLC is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We stand behind what we sell and offer the following warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

 

Coverage

We warrant that all products purchased through www.speakershieldusa.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

What’s Covered

 

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship that occur during the Warranty Period.

  • Issues that arise from normal use of the product as intended.

What’s Not Covered

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, fading).

  • Products altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Speaker Shield LLC or an authorized representative.

  • Damage due to accidents, natural disasters, or external causes (e.g., water damage, fire, dropping the product).

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties.

Remedies

 

If a product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period, Speaker Shield LLC, at its sole discretion, will:

 

  • Repair the product at no cost to you

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item

  • Issue a refund of the purchase price to original form of payment (excluding shipping costs).

Replacement or repaired products are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

 

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact us at support@speakershieldusa.com within the Warranty Period, providing your order number and a description of the issue - must include photos of the damage or defect.

  • If requested, we will provide mailing address where you can send your item back to us for review.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim within 7-10 business days. If approved, we’ll process your remedy promptly. If rejected, we will return your item to you and assess a charge for the cost of shipping. 

Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product for a warranty claim, regardless of whether the claim is approved.

  • Speaker Shield LLC will cover the cost of shipping for repaired or replacement products back to you within the United States.

  • We ship replacements only to addresses within the United States.

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speaker Shield LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, lost profits) arising from the use or inability to use our products.

 

Governing Law

 

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Florida law, with jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Speaker Shield LLC reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and apply to purchases made after the update date.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return with receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please send us an email if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
 

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you and update you on the status of your return. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund to your account.
